WCNR 2026 Registration Fees

Important Notes:

- If payment is not received by the stated deadline, your registration may be reclassified under a different category, and the corresponding rate at the time of payment will apply.
- All fees are in USD and include applicable taxes.
- Please note that abstracts can only be considered after registration.  In case a submitted abstract is not accepted for presentation, the abstract presenter will receive a full refund of all registration fees paid less bank charges. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the notification of non-acceptance.

Group Registration Policies and Requirements

- To request a group registration, please email to the Congress Secretariat at [email protected] before starting your registration process. 
- The discount applies exclusively to the main congress registration fee.
- Payment for the invoice must be received by the stated deadline; otherwise, the invoice will be considered outdated, and different rates may apply.
- Individual cancellations within a group registration are NOT allowed due to the applied discounts. However, a one-time replacement can be requested by the group coordinator via email to [email protected] on or before 1 September 2026 (GMT+8).
