WCNR 2026 Registration Fees

Important Notes:

- If payment is not received by the stated deadline, your registration may be reclassified under a different category, and the corresponding rate at the time of payment will apply.
- All fees are in USD and include applicable taxes.
- Please note that abstracts can only be considered after registration.  In case a submitted abstract is not accepted for presentation, the abstract presenter will receive a full refund of all registration fees paid less bank charges. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the notification of non-acceptance.- Delegates who register under the Low and Lower Middle Income Countries category but are subsequently found to be ineligible will have their registration changed to the appropriate category. The applicable fee difference must be paid before confirmation of registration. No refunds or credits will be provided for incorrectly selected registration categories.  Please refer to the World Bank Group's country classification by Income level figure for 2024-2025.

Group Registration Policies and Requirements

- To request a group registration, please email to the Congress Secretariat at [email protected] before starting your registration process. 
- Please note that the group discount applies exclusively to full congress registration fees (Member and Non-Member categories). It does not apply to the following categories: 

• Student/Trainee
• One-Day Registration
• Pre-conference Workshop, and Exhibition Only. 

- Payment for the invoice must be received by the stated deadline; otherwise, the invoice will be considered outdated, and different rates may apply.
- Individual cancellations within a group registration are NOT allowed due to the applied discounts. However, a one-time replacement can be requested by the group coordinator via email to [email protected] on or before 1 September 2026 (GMT+8).
